What does “≥99% purity” or “HPLC tested” mean?
This indicates the product has been analysed by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to verify that 99% or more of its contents match the stated active ingredient, confirming authenticity and absence of contaminants.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
“Research Use Only” (RUO) identifies products intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, or educational research. They are not labelled or sold for human or veterinary use, and no therapeutic or medical claims are made.
SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DELIVERY
I’ve placed my order. What happens next?
Once payment has cleared, your order enters our secure dispatch process. Each product is handled under controlled conditions and packaged to preserve integrity throughout transit. You’ll receive an email confirming payment and preparation.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has left our facility.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take slightly longer due to customs clearance. Specialised or research-grade materials are sometimes subject to additional checks to ensure full compliance with import regulations.
Will my order get stopped or held at customs?
Delays are uncommon but can occur due to country-specific regulations. Our team monitors every shipment and assists wherever possible. Our advanced shipping network allows us to guarantee delivery and customs clearance, or your money back.
Are shipments discreet and secure?
Yes. All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external reference to contents or the Elysium Chems name. Inside, products are securely sealed, cushioned, and moisture-protected to maintain purity and stability during transit.
What does “Arrived in destination country” mean?
This notification confirms your parcel has cleared international transit and reached your country. You’ll receive another update once the local carrier takes possession and begins the final delivery stage.
My tracking hasn’t updated. Should I be concerned?
Tracking may temporarily pause during customs processing or local carrier transfer. This is normal and typically resolves within a few days. If you see no movement after 10 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate directly with the carrier.
I haven’t received a confirmation email after payment. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If the email isn’t there, contact our support team with your order number and payment details so we can confirm receipt and update your order status.
How should I store my order once delivered?
Unless specified otherwise, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The safest way to store your products is to keep refrigerated between 2-8°C.
Do you guarantee delivery?
Yes, we guarantee delivery. We work with trusted international carriers and take every precaution to ensure safe and compliant delivery. While customs processes vary by country, our documentation and packaging are designed to minimise risk and ensure successful arrival. On the rare chance that delivery is not fulfilled and redelivery also fails, you get your money back.

Is bank transfer a safe payment method?
