1) Processing times

Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2:00 pm CT typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment and any required purchaser verification. Processing excludes weekends/US public holidays.
2) Cold-chain & sensitive items

To avoid weekend holds, cold-chain orders may ship Mon–Wed only, or be held to the next window. Please ensure someone is available to receive.

Degradation due to missed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal is not covered.
3) Carriers, methods & cutoff

We use major carriers (e.g., UPS/FedEx/DHL). Transit estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Signature on delivery may be required for high-value or cold-chain shipments. We do not ship cold-chain items to P.O. boxes.
4) Address accuracy & order changes

Verify your shipping address at checkout. Once a parcel is tendered to the carrier, reroutes/address corrections may incur carrier fees billed to you.

We cannot modify or cancel an order after it has entered fulfillment.
5) Risk of loss & insurance

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is accepted by the carrier (see Terms of Service). Consider adding shipping insurance at checkout for extra protection.
6) Damage, shortage, or incorrect items (48-hour window)

Inspect your parcel on arrival. Report damage/shortage/incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form on our website with: order #, lot #, photos of the label, outer carton, inner packaging, and item(s).

We will provide next steps or an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA will be refused.
7) International shipping, customs & import taxes

We ship to selected countries. Duties, VAT/GST, brokerage and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility (Incoterms DAP/Delivered at Place unless otherwise stated).

Customs inspections, seizures, destruction, or returns are outside our control and not refundable. If returned to us unopened and intact, we can reship at your cost or refund the product value less shipping/fees.

We do not ship to countries/parties subject to U.S. embargoes/sanctions or on U.S. restricted-party lists; we may screen orders and cancel where required. OFAC+1

Exports/re-exports must comply with U.S. export control laws (EAR/BIS). We may refuse transactions that raise export-control concerns. media.bis.gov+1
8) Items we cannot ship or delivery limitations

Certain hazardous materials or cold-chain items may have route/method restrictions (e.g., no air, no P.O. boxes, no parcel lockers).

We may limit destinations, carriers, quantities, or require business/institutional addresses for sensitive shipments.
9) Partial shipments & backorders

We may ship available items partially at no extra cost; backordered items ship when available or are refunded at your choice.
10) Undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, invalid address, or failure to collect, we can reship (you pay reship + carrier return fees) or refund the product value less shipping/fees if the goods are received unopened and intact. Cold-chain/perishables that return warm are not refundable.
